3402 - Environmental Wooden Chopsticks
Genki Sushi
The story of Genki Sushi began with the vision of a 24-year-old Japanese sushi chef, Fumio Saito. Saito dreamed of creating a modern sushi restaurant with an unusual feature known as a 'kaiten'. In December 1968, he created the concept of 'kaiten sushi' and pioneered the use of a revolving conveyor belt to serve sushi, combining serving traditional sushi with modern technology. The new concept caught on fast in Japan and appealed widely to the masses. Regional expansion was rapid with Genki Sushi outlets opening in Hawaii, Singapore, Hong Kong and subsequently in Malaysia and Taiwan.
Kousoku is a new concept from Genki Sushi. All the sushi will sent out from the kitchen by Kousoku, instead of sushi-go-around. To fit the new concept, Genki ordered a pack of Environmental Wooden Chopsticks. Wooden Chopsticks is easy for the olders to clip the food not to burn the mouth. It is bad feeling when the stainless steel chopsticks touch the teeth. Painted lacquered chopsticks are good looking, however it is not safe. Sometimes, the painting is harmful to our health with lead and other heavy metal. We suggest that you choose our environmental wooden chopsticks as a gift.
