Screen Print Gravure
Introduction
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink past the threads of the woven mesh in the open areas. Screen printing is also a stencil method of print making in which a design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface.

Introduction
Offset printing is a widely used printing technique where the inked image is transferred from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface. Chromatic Aberration
Chromatic Aberration often happens in printing. There are several reasons. Some are based on the technology while some are based on materials.
The quality of the ink and ink duct roller is important. The thickness or viscosity of ink layer would affect it. The other is the process of press. As the surface of the products can not be absolutely flat, if print with insufficient pressure, the ink would show uneven.
●Adobe Illustrator vector format is preferred. Please save as an EPS, CDR or AI file
●Convert all text to outlines.
●If Adobe Photoshop type image is necessary, you should submit original file as well.
●The Photoshop file should be at least 300 dpi or higher than the art of size.

Unless a specific size is indicated on your purchase order, we will determine the most appropriate size for your imprint. If no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork and method specified.
